Unlike remortgaging, the funding is unsecured against you property and allows you to pay off lump sums at anytime without receiving any penalty charges. There are no hidden costs for surveys or valuations either.

Flexibility

The Creative UPVC Home Improvement Plan is set up for you to make regular payments over your stated loan period. At anytime you can make additional lump sum payments which will reduce the term of the loan and the amount of interest you pay (Interest is calculated monthly on the outstanding balance). You can also settle your account in full at any time.

Peace of Mind

By taking the account out in conjunction with Creative UPVC you are also protected by the Consumer Credit Act 1974 giving you that extra peace of mind.
